Coast Vacation Property Management
Your home in Cape Cod represents much more than just a property—it holds memories, family traditions, and peace of mind. Coast Vacation Property Management ensures everything remains exactly as you expect while you’re away. From preventive inspections and routine maintenance to housekeeping, preparing your home for your arrival, and managing renovation or construction projects, we take care of every detail so you can simply enjoy your time on the Cape.
You enjoy your vacation. We take care of everything else.
One Trusted Company, for Everything the House Needs
Coast Vacation Property Management looks after Cape Cod homes for owners who aren’t here to do it themselves. We’re at the house every month, we clean it on your schedule, we handle the grounds and the snow, and we have it ready the day you or your guests walk in.
Because Coast Vacation Property Management is one part of Coast Carpentry Home Group, the same company that checks your heating in January can build your patio in April. Six divisions, one point of contact, one company answering for the work. You make one call either way.
Your House Doesn’t Take the Winter Off
You’re back home most of the year. The house stays here through the nor’easters, the freeze, and the salt air. Something always comes up, and it always comes up when you’re four hours away.
Coast is one number instead of six.
- A plumber, for when a pipe goes in February.
- A cleaner, for before you come up.
- Someone for the yard. Someone else for the snow.
- Someone to let the electrician in.
- And a neighbor you feel bad asking, again.
Our Services
Whether you rent your home or keep it just for family, every service below is handled by one Coast team.
Complete Home Management
Renting the house is optional. Everything here stands on its own.
Monthly Inspections, All Year
Every month someone from Coast walks your house. We check for leaks and water where it shouldn’t be, make sure the heating is holding, look over the electrical, and catch the small stuff before a Cape winter turns it into something expensive. After a nor’easter we come back and check it again. The house is empty. The weather isn’t.
Get your home on the schedule →Interior Cleaning, Bi-Weekly or Monthly
An empty house still needs looking after. Coast Cleaning comes through on your schedule, every two weeks or once a month, so dust and damp and stale air never get a head start. The house stays lived-in even when nobody’s living in it. It’s the difference between coming back to a home and coming back to a project.
Fall Cleanups and Snow Removal
Coast Landscaping handles the grounds when you’re not here to see them. Leaves cleared before they mat down for the winter. Snow off the drive and the walk after a storm, whether you’re coming up that weekend or not. Through the season it’s the regular upkeep too: the lawn, the shrubs, the beds, and the pest control.
One Call When Something Breaks
A pipe. A door that won’t close. A storm that leaves something loose outside. You call Coast, not four different contractors. Our own crews cover the carpentry, painting, masonry, landscaping, cleaning, and disposal. When a job needs a licensed electrician or plumber, we bring in ours and manage them for you. Either way it’s one call, and one company answering for it.
Ready the Day You Arrive
Arrive to a Home That’s Waiting for You
Tell us when you’re coming and the house is ready when you walk in. Cleaned before you get here, checked over, nothing waiting for you but the weekend. Put your bag down and go to the beach. Same for your guests, whenever you need it.
Grocery shopping done before you arrive, fresh linens on every bed, housekeeping, the wine cellar restocked, and any personalized request—tell us what your arrival should look like, and we’ll have it waiting.
Tell us when you’re up next →Full-Service Vacation Rental Management
Coast handles your Cape Cod vacation home from booking to turnover, so you collect the income without the day-to-day work. We market your property, manage every guest, and keep the calendar full through the season and the shoulder months.
Booked and Earning
Your home goes live across Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, WeNeedaVacation, and direct booking with professional photos and listings written to rank and convert. We set nightly rates to Cape Cod demand so you capture the peak weeks and stay booked through spring and fall.
See what your home could earn →Guests Talk to Us, Not You
We answer every inquiry fast, screen guests, and handle check-in to check-out. When something comes up at 11pm, guests call us, not you. That responsiveness is what earns the five-star reviews that push your listing higher and fill more nights.
Reset Between Every Stay
Between every stay our crew resets the home to hotel standard, with fresh linens, restocked essentials, and a photo-checked inspection. Guests walk into a spotless property every time, and small issues get flagged before the next arrival.
Fixed by the Company That Manages You
This is where Coast is different. Our own carpenters, painters, and roofers handle repairs in-house, usually the same week. A loose railing, a leak, a worn deck board, it gets fixed by our team on our schedule, protecting your home and your reviews.
Talk to us about your property →Watched All Year, Reported Monthly
We check on your property year-round, including off-season and after storms, and send clear monthly statements so you always know how the home is performing. You get the upside of a Cape Cod rental without the phone calls or the guesswork.
Handcrafted for Historic Route 6A
Our sign on Route 6A isn’t a printed panel. It was handcrafted in wood by the artisan recommended by the Sandwich Historic District Committee, built to the historic standards required of every business along this protected stretch of the Old King’s Highway.
One local company, all year, whose trucks are already out on these roads.
Our Place Along Historic Route 6A
Drive Route 6A through Sandwich and you’ll notice something: nearly every business sign is black and white. This stretch of the Old King’s Highway is one of the most protected historic districts in Massachusetts, and its Historic District Committee reviews every commercial sign to preserve the character of Cape Cod’s colonial villages—wooden signs, hand-carved lettering, quiet designs that let the architecture speak.
Ours is the exception. Coast received approval to use color along the historic route—not because our sign shouts, but because it doesn’t. Our palette was drawn from Cape Cod itself: the blue of the Atlantic Ocean, the warmth of the Cape’s sandy beaches, and the natural coastal landscape that surrounds our communities. Instead of competing with the historic environment, our brand complements it.
Our colors weren’t chosen to stand out. They were chosen to reflect Cape Cod.
A Year With Coast
You’re here for a few weeks of it. We’re here for all of it.
You’re Here. We Keep It Running.
The house is full and the calendar is tight. Cleanings between visits, the grounds kept up, and anything that breaks handled before it costs you a week of your own vacation.
You Head Home. We Start the Watch.
Fall cleanup, and the leaves off before they mat down. Gutters cleared. Then the monthly checks begin, and they carry the house through the winter.
Watched, Not Abandoned.
Monthly inspections for leaks, heating, and electrical. A storm check after a nor’easter. Snow off the drive. If a pipe goes in February, we’re the ones who find it in February.
Ready Before You Are.
Deep clean, the winter’s repairs done, paint touched up, the grounds opened back up. You drive up to a house that’s already ready.
Why choose us?
Anyone can promise to look after a house. The difference shows up when a pipe leaks in February or a deck board splits the morning of a check-in.
In-House Trades
Our own carpenters, painters, and roofers handle every repair, with no waiting on subcontractors and no markups on maintenance. Most fixes are done the same week, often before the next guest checks in.
Year-Round Care
Your home isn’t left empty and unchecked from October to May. Off-season monitoring, storm checks, and monthly inspections are part of how we care for Cape homes all twelve months.
One Local Team
Hosting, cleaning, maintenance, and reporting handled by one accountable Cape Cod company, not a patchwork of vendors. One point of contact, and clear monthly statements so you always know how your home is doing.
Our Identity Is Cape Cod
While many companies work in Cape Cod, we are part of its story. Our visual identity, approved for the historic Route 6A, was inspired by the natural beauty of the Cape—the blue of the ocean, the warmth of the sandy shores, and the coastal landscape that makes this place unlike anywhere else.
Our brand is more than a logo. It reflects our deep respect for this community, its historic architecture, and the homes entrusted to our care. Every property we manage is treated with the same attention and pride we would give to preserving Cape Cod’s own heritage.
Because to us, caring for a home goes far beyond maintenance. It means preserving the lifestyle, the beauty, and the traditions that have made Cape Cod one of New England’s most treasured destinations.

Questions Owners Ask Us
Do I have to rent my home to work with Coast?
No. Renting is optional. The monitoring, the cleaning, the yard and snow, and the arrival prep all stand on their own. Plenty of the homes we look after never take a guest.
What do you actually check every month?
Leaks and water where it shouldn’t be, the heating system, the electrical, and the general condition of the house inside and out. If we find something, you hear about it, and we tell you what it’ll take to fix.
Can you get the house ready before we come up?
Yes. Tell us when you’re arriving and we’ll have it cleaned, stocked, and checked before you get here—groceries in the fridge and fresh linens on the beds if you’d like. Same for your guests.
What does vacation property management cost?
Pricing depends on the home, the season, and the level of service you want. We’ll walk you through it on your free quote. Because our trades are in-house, owners typically save on maintenance compared to managers who subcontract everything out.
I already have bookings on Airbnb. Can Coast take over?
Yes. We take over existing listings and honor confirmed reservations, so there’s no gap in your calendar or your income.
What happens to my home in the off-season?
We keep watching it. Regular inspections, storm checks, and winterization are part of how we care for Cape homes year-round. And if you want fall cleanups, snow removal, or a renovation while the house is empty, the Coast group handles that too.
How fast do repairs actually get done?
Because the carpenters, painters, and roofers are our own employees, most repairs are handled the same week, often before the next guest checks in.
What if I want an actual project done, like a patio?
That’s the advantage of Coast being a group. Coast Masonry, Painting, Landscaping, and Carpentry are all under the same roof. We manage the project start to finish and keep you posted while you’re back home.
What areas of Cape Cod do you serve?
All of Cape Cod, working from our bases in Sandwich and Osterville, including Bourne, Mashpee, Falmouth, Barnstable, Hyannis, Yarmouth, Dennis, and the surrounding Upper and Mid-Cape communities.
You enjoy your vacation. We take care of everything else.
Tell us about your home—whether you rent it, keep it just for family, or both—and get a free, no-pressure proposal from one local team.
