As soon as the contract is signed, I coordinate communication between every department involved in the project, ensuring that each stage is organized, efficient, and completed smoothly.
BEATRIZ — OFFICE ASSISTANT

Part of my role is to support the daily operations of our office by coordinating schedules, assisting clients, and ensuring clear and efficient communication.
I am responsible for the first point of contact between our clients and the company, taking the time to answer questions, understand each client’s needs, and ensure all information is properly aligned before the Sales Representative’s visit.
