The project
One company carried the whole build.
Trees came down in April 2025. Foundation walls went up in July, the frame was topped out and sheathed by late September, and the shell was closed in for the winter. Interiors ran February into March — kitchen, three and a half baths, fireplace, shiplap, stair. The paver drive, walkway, retaining wall and lawn went in that spring.
No general contractor coordinating strangers. Carpentry, masonry, landscaping and painting were all Coast crews, which is why the schedule held.
